Helping people with Parkinson’s disease live more comfortable lives

Thomas Kimber

Today in Australia, *37 people will hear the words ‘you have Parkinson’s’ for the very first time. That’s more than one person every hour, of every day!

Although we still have a lot to learn about Parkinson’s disease, research being undertaken at the Royal Adelaide Hospital by Associate Professor Thomas Kimber and his team is helping people with Parkinson’s disease live more comfortable, satisfying and active lives.

The RAH Research Fund is proud to support this important research work. You can find out more about Professor Kimber and his research work in the latest issue of RAH Researcher here.
